Have you recently held a special event that included an auction? Did you or any of your staff or volunteers suffer from any of the following symptoms?
You may have what we like to call, “Auction Sleepless Nights.”
Not to worry. Silent Partners, your silent auction solution, has your prescription for success! Our company can help evolve your auction into a vital element of your fundraising strategies without the headaches and sleepless nights, since we coordinate the entire auction for you. From the development of the donation solicitation letters and forms to the final itemized reports detailing who purchased the items and what they sold for, we do it all.
We have been running auctions for close to twenty years. We have won glowing testimonials for conducting profitable and professional auctions for nonprofit organizations. I worked as a Sales & Marketing executive for several major airlines for over 21 years. I am sure you have solicited airlines repeatedly, but how often do they donate to your event? We know how to secure airlines, along with unique and exotic donations that your guests will purchase. The way we market our auctions has gained us respect from donors around the world. And for this reason, they continue to donate.
We have helped hundreds of nonprofits throughout the country this past year to raise critical funds for their causes. Not only have we worked with these organizations, we have become part of their team. We care about, get involved with and contribute substantially to all our client’s causes.
If you are seeking the right prescription for an auction, I encourage you to browse our website and fill out the Contact Us form. We will contact you directly to go over your specific silent auction solutions.
About Scott Merrin, President
Scott founded the company in 1998 after spending 21 years in the airline industry. He spent 17 years at American Airlines and four years at Qantas Airways where he was the Manager of Business Development for the Americas. He received a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Redlands.
Scott was the person that nonprofit organizations sent letters to requesting airline tickets for their fundraisers. He received literally hundreds of letters a week and he saw a real need to educate the nonprofit world on just exactly what an airline or big-ticket donor was looking for in their letters. Scott and his wife, Maria, volunteered and worked with numerous charities throughout the country and have been conducting silent auctions for over fifteen years.
Scott embraced the passion that the volunteers and Board Members displayed while working with them. He developed the concept and business plan for Silent Partners with the desire to help those less fortunate raise additional funds for their deserving causes.
